This is a digital download for the SVG files needed to cut out the Number Puzzle on a CNC Laser.  The overall size is 110mm x 110mm.  After purchase, you can download a zip file that contains two SVG files.  There are two separate cuts, one for the back board, and one for the numbers/border.

This was inspired by other versions seen on the internet, but this was completely designed to have all the numbers be faced upwards (correctly) when the puzzle is complete.  Most of the other ones on the internet have some numbers upside down when it is assembled.

The sample video shows this puzzle being cut out on a 40W K40 laser.  4.5mm thick plywood was used for the example, but any thickness can be used.  The plywood was sourced locally at Michael's for about $1.00 each (part number 316016).  Hobby grade Basswood plywood is also available on Amazon or your local hobby shop.

It is recommended to stain one side of the boards before cutting.  Also, depending on your particular setup, it may be best to cover the back side of the wood with tape or contact paper.  During the burning process the glue in the plywood will melt and will become a sticky goo on the back side. The tape will make the melted glue easy to remove after the cutting process.

After cutting, simply glue the boarder to the back board and assembly is complete!  Can you find any other ways to solve it? (There are 4 or more ways...)
